Our parent company was founded in 1999 and is known for its development of CyberCalc – a proprietary leasing software application for franchised auto dealers, credit unions and independent lessors. DJAIS is recognized as a leader and a pioneer in automotive finance applications. Our programs help customers increase volume and maximize profitability with innovative applications that are simple and fast. -

Cook's primary responsibility as a member of the board is the voice and ears of all vendor / associate members.
NVLA hosts educational programs and annual conferences, produces informative publications and represents the vehicle leasing industry through legislative advocacy. The NVLA is also a forum for members to discuss vehicle leasing ideas and information and for collaborating with industry experts. -

A graduate of the University of Oklahoma, with a BBA in Management Information Systems, Cook has nineteen years’ experience developing data based software solutions in a variety of industries.
He is presently a member of both the State and National Board of Directors of the National Vehicle Leasing Association also serves as Chairman of the Pintail Youth Ranch; a Texas 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to providing important recreational, social and learning experiences for financially or socially disadvantaged male youths from single-parent and no-parent households.
Prior to founding CyberCalc, Cook served as President and Chairman of Titan Development Group, Inc.; a Dallas based software company specializing in back office solutions for the food services industry. From 1993 to the sale of the company in 1999, Titan's innovative DOS, Windows and Internet based software programs were used in hundreds of the highest profile restaurants and colleges throughout the United Sates. -
