Write, create and send monthly email newsletter to over 11,000 subscribers. Design all in-house material including web graphics, advertisements, business cards, and festival materials. Maintain database of user-generated content for MediaRights.org including event, film and organization directory listings. Assemble and send out mass email blasts for MediaRrights.org, Media That Matters Film Festival, DocuClub, and Big Mouth Films. Continued improvement of websites in an effort to provide more traffic, user-interactivity, and earn revenue. Train new staff and interns on technology and web interfaces used at Arts Engine.

Researched and assisted with event, workshop and conference programming for audiences of varying ages. Created and implemented content management systems to record Festival & Outreach Department’s work. Created and edited online content for mediathatmattersfest.org. Published articles for MediaRights.org and coordinated festival content for monthly membership newsletter. Managed festival's online presence on various social networking and event posting sites. Assisted in launch of the eighth annual festival including world premiere screening, awards ceremony, workshop, additional screenings and wrap party.

Worked closely with professors Kim Gregson and Rachel Wagner on the significance of religion in the on-line virtual world Second Life. Conducted extensive qualitative and quantitative research that culminated in participation on two panels for the American Popular Culture Association 2007 Conference. Papers were entitled: “SecondLife, Afterlife: Virtual Reality, Ritual, and Religious Experience Online” and “Sacred Spaces in Virtual Reality: The Role of Religion in Building Community in SecondLife.” Also presented the presentation in-world in an hour long lecture and Q&A. Research to be published in the 2009 edition of Eric Mazur's "God in the Details: American Religion in Popular Culture."
