For the last decade or so, I have been obsessed with documenting, designing, developing and delivering excellent web applications in content management, customer relationship management, configuration and e-commerce. I believe a successful project starts with a good roadmap, regular code reviews, defining a test plan at the beginning of the project, and monitoring customer interaction after it has been deployed. I also believe putting your heart into an idea and not letting go is how innovation is born. I enjoy contributing to projects, getting people jazzed, and sharing my experiences that I have absorbed from working with many great people throughout the years.
