    Opened and operated the second Factory Accessory location in the United States. Assisted
    in the successful development of the new division by maintaining constant communication
    with corporate personnel, primarily the Accessory buyer, providing customer
    feedback/requests, quality issues with product, and creative input for product
    development. One idea submitted was developed for Holiday 2005 and proved to be a Best
    Seller.
    Utilized creativity for product placement and window directive. All innovative visual
    ideas were sent to corporate to share with Accessory team.
    Successfully achieved YTD Comp and Target sales for 2006. Through successful monthly P&L
    analysis, expenses were controlled and on target to achieve 20% contribution while
    achieving target sales projection of $1.0 Million for the year.
    Through effective Loss Prevention, both internally and externally, the store achieved
    0.4% shrink, well below the company goal of 1.0%.
    Hired and trained staff for new location while eventually identifying and developing two
    associates to become promoted from within. Also, trained three Assistant managers (two
    newly hired to the company and one other promoted from within for another location) and
    developed co-manager as the successor for current store manager's position.

    Successful interpretation of corporate visual directive according to stock level and
    store square footage. Lead the team in the implementation of quarterly floor moves,
    monthly updates, placement of new deliveries, weekly promotion updates and bi-monthly
    window directives. Responsible for maintaining visual standards by training the team,
    often conducted through quarterly team meetings, as well as through new hire training and
    consistent feedback and follow-up.
    Second in line to store manager and responsible for leading the team in store manager's
    absence. During the store manager's 8 week medical leave, the store successfully achieved
    target sales, while staffing and training new hires for the upcoming peak season.
    Represented the store manager at the District meeting held in the New York Buying office
    as well as for an in-store corporate visit.

    Attended quarterly Visual workshops, held in various locations. Responsible for
    translation at home location and training the team with any new processes learned.
    Assisted Store Manager, the District Training Manager, in the training of newly hired
    managers in all areas of operations, policy & procedure, and customer service. Maintained
    the position as a key contact for other managers from other stores based upon
    relationships built through the training processes.
    Hosted a corporate visit with an outside consulting firm providing input relating to
    payroll expenses and maintaining the integrity of the management training program. It was
    agreed that how the consultant suggested payroll to be used would negatively effect the
    way management training would continue to be conducted, therefore not preparing the new
    managers to enter their new positions effectively. It was agreed that it was cost
    effective, in the long run, to spend the extra money on thorough training and therefore,
    remove the expense from the training stores' payroll budget.
