My initial background is in sales and management for the past 17 years.
Before PPL I was in the manufactured home industry and cut my teeth on sales and management in that industry. I only have a high school education however have learned sales & marketing from the best school that I know of. The school of hard knocks.
I have been with Pre-Paid Legal Services currently for 8 1/2 years and have built 2 Executive Director positions within the company which is the top 10th of 1% in the company.
I have done business to business sales with Pre-Paid, marketing the services as an employee benefit to small, midsized and large companies. Even entire cities.
I also recruit, train and develop teams of agents who's base of operations are from home. They are able to recruit train and develop teams of associates for direct sales and recruiting themselves. Successfully I've developed agents in 38 states up to this point.
For the past 4 years I have studied and once again "hit the school of hard knocks" by studying, blogging and doing marketing via blogging & social media.
I now am consulting as a local social media blogging strategist with small businesses & professionals in the Tampa Bay area.
Local internet marketing has become a passion of mine and leveraging social media and blogging has lead me to develop an online blog class for small businesses & professionals.
