• Served as Technical Lead on consolidation of 13 Citrix farms into one, co-designing architecture that cut related service desk tickets by 86%.
• Led successful projects to consolidate mission-critical ERP systems and line-of-business applications into a single data center.
• Pioneered the use of server virtualization, cutting hardware costs $240K on pilot project. -

Worked on process control system replacement team on a high-pressure, multi-year project with tight timeframes.
• Served as Windows Lead with accountability for designing, building and implementing Windows-based systems and the network. Worked on similar projects at plants in both Canada and the US.
• Implemented secure outdoor wireless network to cover 2km area during $15M project. The network allowed engineers to test equipment from the field, thus reducing post-implementation problems.
