Bouville brings more than Nineteen Years of International Banking and Insurance expertise to the Asset Based Lending Division of Capital Business Credit - Capital TempFunds. Before joining CBC - CTF, Bouville was Vice President with Textron Financial Corporation for nearly 6 years. Providing Asset Based and Factoring facilities from $1MM to $100MM. Created a niche for the temporary staffing industry.
Prior to that, Bouville was Director of Sales and Marketing with Pierre Leblanc International located in Paris, France. In that position, he was responsible for developing an innovative structured finance syndication concept for the banking industry. This new product line resulted in an 800% increase in revenue or $1.2 Billion in syndicated business.
Bouville began his career with Citibank n.a. in Liberia as an economic advisor and researcher and then joined Robert Fleming Merchant Bank in Leeds, U.K. as Branch Manager. Bouville joined the senior management team of the oldest life insurance company in the U.K. with the purpose to create its national sales force.
Bouville earned a Bachelor’s honors degree from Middlesex University in London in Business Studies. Gradutated with Honors.
Fluent in 3 languages and has extensive International Experience in Africa, Asia, Europe and North America.
Bouville is a twice decorated Gulf War Veteran.
