Kevin is an organization development consultant with ten years experience helping clients achieve business results through human resources planning and development. His past clients have ranged from small organizations with ten employees up to Fortune 100 corporations. Kevin has extensive international experience and has worked with clients in Europe, Africa, and the USA in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, insurance, mining, hospitality, power utility, and transportation industries.
Kevin has coached over one hundred executives and management teams and has designed and facilitated a broad range of leadership and management development programs. He has also helped clients to restructure their organizations due to mergers and acquisitions, and has designed and implemented HR processes such as succession planning, performance management, and learning management systems.
Apart from his consulting experience, Kevin has over fifteen years industry experience as a senior manager with global pharmaceutical and medical equipment corporations. He holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University, Minnesota, an M.A. in Management from the University of Kent, England, and a Marketing Diploma from the Dublin Institute of Technology, Ireland.
Kevin is a Certified Quality Auditor, a member of the Academy of Management, the Institute for Behavioral and Applied Management, and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. He is also an Adjunct Professor of Management at the University of New Haven, CT, teaching graduate level courses in business and leadership and has researched and published papers on assessing employees cross culturally.
