Adrian is the architect for the Home Page component of Lotus Connections in the IBM Software lab in Dublin, Ireland. He leads a team working to develop an innovative web based user experience for attention management.
In his ten years at IBM Adrian has contributed to the design and development of a number of products within IBM's middle-ware portfolio including WebSphere Application Server and WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus, on which he was a lead developer of the core runtime engine from the product's initial inception through two successful releases. Additionally, he has worked as a software services consultant with IBM customers throughout Europe and has spoken at various conferences and user groups on a variety of technical subjects.
