I was lead consultant responsible for the Mobile Working solution, working with both Microsoft Mobile 2003 and Microsoft Mobile 5 with Field Force Enablement software. The ‘TotalMobile’ software solution was integrated with Finance and Contractor systems, in Local Authorities and Housing Associations. I have been responsible for over 14 successful implementations, including project activities and resources planning as well as liaising with 3rd party suppliers. Based on the customer site I have been involved in the project management from the initial consultancy phase for defining the system setup through the software implementation to providing training for the operators. Data load historical data from previous systems. Also, I led the development of Task Alerts (Orbis Software Alerts OEM) and Interfaces to Sx3, Anite, Agresso and IBS Open Accounts. In addition I have been involved in the interfacing of our CRM and mobile solutions with Omfax repairs and Xmbrace Opti-time Appointment Booking / Dynamic Scheduling.
