Looking Forward to Classroom Sessions
India
Key Learnings: Some learnt the hard way, and some fortunately, the easy way.
•Discipline is very important – Learn to master it at an early age.
•Set small achievable goals instead of big dreamy ones, for example, set a goal that you will not hurt anyone today, or, be very courteous and polite to everyone you meet, rather than dream about growing your company to achieve a billion dollars in revenue
•Not everyone is like you. Aim to be such that you can work with everyone, instead of trying to make everyone work according to you.
•Conflicts are a part of life. Try to handle and solve conflicts, rather than running away every time you encounter one, or trying to find a company with zero conflict levels.
•Communicate – both good and bad, instantly. Over communication never hurts. But maintain a degree of integrity
•Aim to make your position redundant, rather than hold on to it. The only way you can rise up.
