    I've also established processes (operational and financial), trained 10 new team members, and won a silver for Starcom at GoaFest 2007 for 'Best use of digital media'

    Under me, the Apparels & Accessories categories went from scratch to the largest transactions category, and Watches became the third-highest revenue generator for Baazee at the time, next only to Mobiles and Electronics.
