I am a Holistic Psychotherapist and the Founder and Director of Soul Choice Counseling, Ltd. Counseling is my passion and my calling. When working with clients, I hold them in the highest vision of themself and see them not as their problem or concern, but as the whole person that they are, in Mind, Body, & Spirit.
Most of my clients are in their 40's and 50's dealing with issues such as:
Relationships, Self Esteem, Self-Sabotaging behavior patterns, unhealthy food choies, grief and loss and/or divorce.
I hold a Bachelor's in Education from Illinois State University and a Masters in Social Work from Loyola University, Chicago. I am Certified in Hypnotherapy, Holistic Nutrition and Integrative Coaching, a uniquly powerful heat-based based process of coaching based upon the work of the Shadow and best selling books written by Debbie Ford. My specialities create for clients, a true Mind, Body, Spirit approach to well-being.
In addition to Integrative Counseling / Coaching, I enjoy creating and facilitating inspiring workshops, in addition to giving lectures and classes on the topic of personal and spiritual growth.
