Alok Rustagi’s Summary
An MBA (2009) from IIM Kozhikode with Institute Gold medal for highest scholastic achievements, I have a keen interest in solving business problems and making intelligent business decisions using statistical/econometrical tools. My current areas of work include econometric predictions of housing prices and optimizing the operations for outbound calling operations.
Prior to this, I have worked on building and implementing Basel II risk adequacy frameworks at Standard Chartered bank in Singapore for almost 1 year. My other works include helping a top 5 card issuer to target high value customers and assisting another issuer with their enrolment-response process. I have also worked on developing a market entry strategy for an infrastructure firm wishing to setup ship-building facility in India.
A keen interest in training and teaching has driven me to undertake various adhoc assignments, both at workplace as well as at educational outfits. This includes co-founding www.learn2consult.com, a not-for-profit educational portal to impart awareness about consulting as a profession.
