Arun Kumar Madas’s Summary
I have over 5 years of Software Industry experience in design, development and testing... I started to code in Java/JSP/Servlets when i initially started as a professional assistant at college for 3 semesters.
I dug deeper into these technologies by joining the Retail products development team at Techlead Software (early startup with about 15 people) using Java / J2EE / Struts / JSF / IBM Portlets / databases (SQL/PL-SQL) for developing an award winning product.
I've started with Dreamweaver from college but lately when i joined Macromedia/Adobe, Where i was part of three complete product life cycles from requirements to shipping the box (Adobe Contribute, Adobe Flex), I fell in love and dug deeper into the technologies Adobe Flex / AIR / LCDS / Coldfusion. Developed several applications using these technologies (incl. Adobe AIR Cricket App hosted by cricketnirvana.com). I used the automation tools Mercury Winrunner, Mercury QTP for Functional/UI testing. I also wore cap of a creative UI designer for one of our products at Adobe.
I am currently working on consulting roles after i moved to US a very few months ago on work visa. I have an ever-lasting hunger for my-own-start-up with a vision to excel and i hope to get one soon with some my ideas worth in place.
I enjoyed all my work places so far and the best place has been Adobe India both for professional excellence and personal satisfaction. "Bettered by Adobe", the place i love the most.
