Aruni Gunasegaram’s Summary

After undergrad I worked as an outside auditor at KPMG and at Dresser Industries (now Halliburton) as an internal auditor which gave me the inside and outside financial picture of several great companies. I left Dresser to get my MBA in 1996.

In 1997, I co-founded Isochron (www.isochron.com). As the founding CEO, I coordinated the raising of $15 million in equity financing, hiring of 30+ people, closing the company's first $1 million in revenue, hiring my replacement, as well as managing Investors and attempting to manage our Board of Directors. :-) What a great education!

After leaving Isochron in 2001, I consulted, taught entrepreneurship at The University of Texas at Austin Red McCombs School of Business, had two kids, co-wrote success profiles for alumni publications, and launched a new company called Babble Soft, LLC (www.babblesoft.com).

I am currently bootstrapping Babble Soft, and I'm in the process of building strategic partnerships with key players in the baby and parenting industry.
