For last 11 years I participated professionally in software development.
I have knowledge, experience and skills in project management: I’m able to cooperate with customer on every project phase, to organize project team, to plan tasks, to track project flow, to formalize documentation, to manage product requirements and project risks.
I’m able to estimate tasks sensibly and rather precisely, to assign different project activities according to key competences of project participants, to reach the goals and to achieve high-quality fulfillment of work done by them. I know how to get the balance between time and quality of work.
I know how to create positive atmosphere in team, to adjust project processes, and to advance self-dependence and interpretative skills of team members according to project needs.
From my previous experience – I know how to design and develop applied software systems with complex architecture – I participated in 9 large projects as client- and server-side developer, as database architect and team lead.
Besides the work in projects, I participated during 2 years in development of “software development process” and certificated it by ISO 9001:2000 standard.
I have a lot of useful personal characteristics, which I can apply according to existing situation :-)
