I bring to the real estate business years of experience in management in a number of fields. I have managed large and small construction projects ranging from log homes to a large performing arts facility.

I served in Information Technology as a Vice President for Willow Valley, (hotels, resort and retirement communities in Pennsylvania) and as a Director of IT for a software development company in Raleigh, NC (TogetherSoft) that was sold to Borland Software.

After the sale of TogetherSoft, I decided to join my wife Linda in the real estate business. I have been in the real estate business for over 5 years and I took my first year to really educate myself so I could help people and I got my brokers license, GRI certification, ePro, etc. Linda and I have had a great time together and I have found that I really can help people in buying or selling a home or investing in residential real estate.

This year (2008) I became certified to teach real estate and I also train other brokers on how to manage their business using Top Producer software. I am also the Director of the new Legacy Real Estate School and I have become a certified mortgage consultant with Prestige Lending.

I utilize my management experience, IT skills and latest internet technologies to market our properties and to help people find their perfect home. Our tag line is “A high level of personalized service in buying and selling a home” and we really do that. This is why about 70% of our business last year came from referrals or past clients.
