During this period, my client base expanded to include the 2 biggest hospitals of The Netherlands, several government departments, large healthcare organizations and major city councils.
(Government Agency; Government Administration industry)
October 2005 — February 2006 (5 months)
This government department required a new delegated helpdesk system to manage their Active Directory and resources. The size of this network required a custom distributed approach built on top of the UMRA identity management framework. The new helpdesk system can be used by delegated non-administrator staff and is used to manage the entire user life-cycle and authorizations.
(Non-Profit; Hospital & Health Care industry)
August 2005 — December 2005 (5 months)
UMC Utrecht required a new delegated helpdesk system that would include several major workflows for their healthcare systems.
