- Essent is the Dutch market leader in energy, has a prominent role in the market of cable communication and wants to become an important player on the European market. Essent’s Young Talent Program is a trainee program for starters. It lasts two years and is part of company’s Management Development Program. During this trainee program participants spend eighty percent of their time on projects and the remaining time on courses, personal reflections, excursions and evaluations.
