Armen Chakmakjian’s Summary

I have written code or managed projects and teams using multiple languages on at least 6 operating system platforms for standard and proprietary hardware as well as web based software and services. I've managed large multi-time-zone product development teams as well as end-to-end product teams (from pre-sales, support, and services in addition to engineering teams).

I get things done while concurrently developing people in both technical leadership and managerial positions. I strive to create a learning atmosphere within an organization so that it can sustain growth and change. If an organization can provide individuals and managers with the professional and technical growth they desire, they will do the work and exceed their own goals and expectations to the benefit of that organization.

On the side of my day job, I've published a Sci-Fi novel only on the Amazon Kindle. You can read more about it on my book website http://web.mac.com/armenchakmakjian/Urtaru/Welcome.html
