In this project the current project reporting and analysing tool of Heijmans Infra will be replaced by the application Outlooksoft of SAP. During phase 1 (till end of December 2008) a pilot location is implemented with this new project reporting and analysing tool. In phase 2 the pilot kernel will be implemented over all groups of the division of Heijmans Infra including 250 end-users over 9 locations. This project is implemented according Prince 2 methodology.

At the end of this project Heijmans Techniek & Mobiliteit (HTM) will be migrated from the SAP R3 4.6c version to latest SAP ECC 6.0 version. In phase 1 the current way of working including all interfaces to external applications will be migrated. Phase 1 will be realised at November 17th 2008.
In phase 2 optimisations will be implemented and current external applications will be integrated. Phase 2 will continue till the second half of 2009.
The migration includes 12 Heijmans companies and 150 end-users.

After finishing (phase 1) the migration from the ERP package Acto-Project 4.12 to the windows version MyProject version 3.10 of Acto in July 2007 (www.acto.nl) it is time for continuous optimisation (phase 2). Optimisations in current processes will be realized by introducing new functionality standard available in Acto-MyProject, or by improving the ERP package to the important wishes of end-users (customisations).

The goal of this project is to achieve cost reduction and improve work satisfaction by researching “structure & order” in several (main) company processes of BURGERS ERGON bv. Within the scope of the project four matters like return orders, theft of small handheld machinery, waste (office and project location) and process of project execution will be researched according to the 6SIGMA method. After the zero-analysis improvements will be suggested to implement.
