I have a passion for unique presentation and its direct effectiveness on its audience in UI. If someone is not in love with their software or website, its likely due to a failing in the UI. My goals are to further my growth and to continue finding new ventures that challenge my knowledge and abilities in design.

- Design, implement and maintain all web-based elements for OGR including but not limited to logo creation, design and structure of the site, graphics, forums, forum controls, aggregator output display, in-house built media uploading tools and its interface, site content, and news in collaboration with Sean Gibbons (illustrator), Trevor Edgar (integrator), and Kurt Scheuringer (Developer)
- Facilitate and Coordinate all needs of the volunteer staff
- Seek to improve content and visibility of Online Gaming Radio
- Seek out new opportunities for interviews between the community representatives and development or publishing company staff.
- Locate and train new volunteers for various positions including but not limited to: Show host, Technical Operations, Web Development, Music Scout, and Content Editorialist.
- Brainstorm formating and background for new potential shows and various other potentials that might interest the gaming community at large.

I work at the IT Service Center at the corporate headquarters of True Blue inc. owner of the brands Labor Ready, Spartan Staffing, CLP, PlaneTechs, Workforce, and TLC Trucking and support thousands of users in the field and within the building with their technical issues hardware and software related.
In addition, have designed the iET screens used for daily workflow of the call center, the Weblink Support portal used as an alternative means of contacting the Service Desk, and assisted in the design of the Talisma Knowledgebase UI, presentation, and content management formatting for published knowledgebase articles.

Leroux Design Solutions was formed due to a demand from a variety of clients who were looking for their business or organization's website to have a professional front which they are able to maintain after the final product has been released. Includes stepping through client through discovery of what they need and don't need and ending with the process of educating them on the tools provided to continue updating the content personally.
