How IT can best be used as a tool for business, especially in customer support and communication. I keep an eye on a lot of topics such as social networking, distance learning, management techniques, web standards and the myriad of ways people collaborate these days. My hobbies include running, swing dance, bicycling, and motorcycles. In addition, I am co-leader of the Net Impact chapter of the University of San Diego and I maintain a website for a nonprofit.
