I am a designer, philosopher, and entrepreneur. I currently attend Drexel University, where my academics focus on Architecture and the Social Study of Science and Technology. In addition to my academic studies, I currently serve as the Vice President for Product Development at Drexel Smart House, and as a Chair of the Community Committee for Drexel Green.
I have worked as an architectural intern with John Milner Architects in Chadds Ford, Pennsylvania, and as a staff architect with Agoos/Lovera Architects in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
I agree with Charles Rennie Mackintosh, Architecture needs to be a direct representation of the needs and beliefs of man at the time of its creation. Today, Architecture must reflect both the history of the built environment and the history of man. Architecture must respect our natural and built environments by embracing conservation and preservation practice. Architectural design should be innovative so that the resulting Architecture enhances and enriches the environment and social awareness of the community.
As an active member of the Greater Philadelphia community, I volunteer my time to the efforts of both the Delaware Valley Green Building Council (DVGBC) and to the Community Design Collaborative (CDC).
I am a person of passion and energy and an eternal optimist. I am now applying my knowledge and passions to promoting open innovation within the community that creates, maintains, and uses humanity's buildings and infrastructure.
