Ik ben adviseur op het gebied van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie op strategisch en organisatorisch vlak; oftewel arbeidsmarktcommunicatiemanagement. Met mijn bedrijf Nr29 adviseer ik uiteenlopende organisaties hoe zij het fundament onder hun arbeidsmarktcommunicatie kunnen optimaliseren. Denk daarbij aan strategische arbeidsmarktcommunicatieplannen, het intern verkrijgen van draagvlak en commitment voor arbeidsmarktcommunicatie, ken- en stuurgetallen en procesoptimalisatie. Nr29 werkt en heeft gewerkt voor onder andere TU Delft, TOPdesk, TNT Post, Woningbouwcorporatie Ymere, XXS, Schuitema/C1000 en Gemeentewerken Rotterdam.
Daarnaast ben ik mede-oprichter van en docent aan de AMC Academie en geef ik masterclasses en trainingen op het gebied van arbeidsmarktcommunicatie. Verder ben ik één van de initiatiefnemers en uitgevers van Werf&, vakmagazine over arbeidsmarktcommunicatie en ben ik oprichter van arbeidsmarktcommunicatieportal Amcinfo.nl.

Not with campaigns, but with strategy, proces improvement, organisation of the function within the organisation and accountability.
