He serves on Boards of several Times of India Group companies including Times Innovative Media Limited (out-of-home), Times Internet Limited (internet), Times Now (television), and WorldWide Media (a joint venture with the BBC).
Mr. Parigi is credited with Times of India Group’s foray into radio and out of home media business. Under Mr. Parigi’s leadership, brand Radio Mirchi emerged as India’s largest private FM radio network, with a daily listenership of well over 25 million. Times OOH is is a leading player and owns the largest out-of-home properties in India.
Mr. Parigi has held number of key positions including that of the CEO of BPL Mobile Communications (a joint venture with France Telecom), Mumbai. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Bennett Coleman & Company Limited and Times of India Group, owners of the world’s largest English broadsheet daily and publishers of The Economic Times.
Mr. Parigi is also the Chairman of the FICCI Radio Forum, which sets out to promote, consolidate and ensure sustained growth of the Indian radio industry.
