- VPN support to Enterprise users using Cisco Secure, Connect2TI, IPASS, Remote2Desktop and Citrix (accessible through external gateway).
- Help users setup and maintain Windows Sharepoint Services 3.0 sites: Assisted with administrator and designer duties.
Logged, Track and Updated issues using Remedy: monitored high priority issues that affected multiple users, VIP users, and escalated to appropriate support group for resolution.
- Produce information updates for knowledge base of commonly and sometimes uncommon issues that the end user may encounter and documented proper measures to resolve, or escalate if issue were to repeat itself in the future.
