A few truths I subscribe to...
- Successful business leaders surround themselves with people smarter than they are, challenge the notion that you should never re-invent the wheel, and sacrifice to leave the world in better shape than when they arrived.
- Conversations will continue to happen. Markets will continue to be challenged. People will continue to change their minds - with or without a company's permission. I pride myself on helping remarkable companies take the necessary risks to turn their ideas into best practices.
- Experience is practically currency, and when you consider the bigger picture, is worth far more.

Daily Challenge is a social network for "do gooders". The idea is that a whole lot of random (and small) acts of kindness, when organized together - can change the world. Pretty nifty, I'd say.

Where we really got our hands dirty, was in the development of The Fireplace Shop Ltd.'s (40+ year retail operation) service and installation business. They now consult nationally on their operational processes and efficiencies. We continue to help out where we can.
Fun one for me to remember... FieldLevel launched and sold an oversized beanbag company - definitely one of my favourite stories.
