The PR for the signing of Delhi Declaration for eradication of HIV AIDS- For International Aids Vaccine Initiative (IAVI), an international NGO, in May 02, Policy makers of 7 nations, world's most reputed scientific bodies, International Organizations of global repute came together, to formulate and adopt- "The Delhi Declaration"- on behalf of The IAVI, NACO & ICMR.
