As a CRM Consultant, responsibilities include:
Pre-sales: Providing functional/ technical/ Proposal defense support to the Sales team during the sales cycle. This includes effort estimates, functional solution, as well as collaboration with cross functional team to deliver a cohesive solution blueprint.
Projects: Involved in delivering two full scale implementations, including all Business Support Systems for a communications service provider, as well as one smaller implementation for a IT Services organization. This includes Current process study, Requirements Analysis, Gap Analysis, Solution Documentation and test case documentation. Extensive interaction with User Groups and collaboration with client project team .
BPR: This is where it all started. Studying current processes, studying best practices, benchmarking (let us not get into the debate on the validity of benchmarking just yet!!), and suggesting revamped business processes, on both the Sales and Delivery side.
