Technical Evangelist and Software Engineer, specializing in Ruby and Ruby on Rails application development. Part of the DB2 team and author of the adapter for IBM DB2 on Rails. I regularly speak at conferences on the subject of Rails and DB2, and I've contributed to a couple of books related to Ruby (in English and in Italian).
I'm really interested in programming languages, databases, Open Source, Agile methodologies and Web 2.0 development. Beside Ruby, my interests are geared towards Ajax, Haskell, Python, Django, C# and databases (DB2, MySQL, PostgreSQL and SQL Server).
Ruby, Ruby on Rails, Python, Django, C#, .NET, XHTML, AJAX, DB2 and MySQL.
I also have experience with mentoring and coaching other developers, and promoting technologies within the Enterprise and the development community.
