Ben Taylor’s Summary

Adviser with wide experience, currently public sector focus.

Excited by international, innovative, interesting opportunities.

PwC 'Lean Six Sigma Black belt', studied and applied many 'lean' approaches, systems thinking, learning organisations (esp Senge), and organisational development approaches. This involves common sense (do what the customer wants and nothing else) and some counter-intuitive facts about how organisations and people work.

We proudly offer:

*Power+Systems Organisational Workshop (by Barry Oshry- www.powerandystems.com)
*Diversity Challenge- an exciting way to realise the power and effectiveness diversity can bring to your organisation! www.snurl.com/diversitydemo

Have been inspired by the 'rants' of John Seddon www.lean-service.com & the practical yet fundamental transformation of Stephen Parry www.seebusinessdifferently.com

Gurus:Senge,Oshry,Taiichi Ohno,Brian Joiner.
