When not sitting up all night with friends drinking coffee at Suburban or Waffle House, I'd escape any chance I got to Hot Springs, N.C. (Paint Rock!) and Margeurite Falls, outside Greeneville, TN. TC also gave me my first bite from the travel bug, during a semester exchange my senior in Edinburgh, Scotland.
