Black Chandelier is a Fashion clothing company that operated 4 locations across utah and online. Their lead designer, Jared Gold, works art, historical inspiration, and unique patterns into every one of his collections and throughout the stores.
While working at Black Chandelier, I gained more experience in screen printing, illustration, and web design, while maintaining the very demanding deadlines of this fast-paced environment. I also did various design for Black Chandelier's parent company, Nexia Holdings, inc. and sister company, Landis Lifestyles Salon.
My work for Black Chandelier in Jared Gold's runway shows in LA and SLC made it into the LA Times, LA Weekly, the City Weekly, IN Magazine, and the evening news.

United First Financial offers a web-based software that helps homeowners pay off their mortgage early and save thousands in interest. Their corporate office is in Bluffdale, Ut. yet they have a network of over 40,000+ agents across the United States and Canada.
I started out as an entry level designer to help out with the rapid growth of the design department. After the lead designer resigned, I filled the position for the rest of my time with the company.
I worked on in-house projects including stationery items, forms, training manuals, web graphics, identity management, event & awards graphics, powerpoint makeovers, and collaborating with other design firms for larger projects. I resigned in August of 2007 to further my career.

DocuNet was a document imaging company that managed records and scanned well over 500,000 pages per month. I was their first employee and soon managed a team of over 10 document imaging specialists, while fullfilling the duties of scheduling, inventory, managing deadlines, basic accounting/billing, and network administration. The company has now been absorbed by it's parent company, DoxTek.
