Open Source Web Programmer, Project Manager
Greater New York City Area
I've been developing websites since middle school. I starting programming as a front end developer and designer in 2003. I used the money I made from websites to get me through vocational and technical schools. In 2005 I began programming in the LAMP environment. Since then I've been fitting the role of a "Hands on Project Manager". I would bid, and plan out projects with clients and employers 50% of the time, and the rest of the time I would be programming custom PHP software and websites.
My Goal right now is to continue down my career path and work for a large company in NYC. I want some large company experience to reinforce the programming experience I already have.
