Head of a software services company in NYC. Received $28.5 million in funding from RRE, Accel Partners, Flatiron Partners and JP Morgan Chase. An innovative sales activity monitoring solution was developed and picked up by Siebel Systems, Inc. (now Oracle). This product was one of the fastest revenue growth segments for Siebel upon team acquisition.

Headed up Quarterly Member Reporting (QMR) in charge of 65% of member reporting -- app. $330MM in revenues from 22,000 banks world wide. Core revenues for MasterCard. Re-engineered the systems and then headed up Oracle Financials $18MM project which was behind schedule when I took over. Worked with PWC, Oracle Principles and MasterCard Financial Executives to roll out Financials which helped MasterCard go public.
Reported to the VP of MasterCard Information Delivery Architecture. Worked with the President of Global Technology Operation & EVP of overall MasterCard in the deployment of Global Oracle Financials & Reporting.
• Directed and implemented Oracle Financials release 11.3 (GL, AP, PO, FA, ADI, OFA/Express & Data Warehouse financial data). Managed the technology budget for an $18 million.
• Led the operations of 65% ($330 million) of MasterCard’s total assessed revenue. Re-engineered & deployed revenue-reporting software to 22,000 banks.
• Part of a team that implemented a 9 TB data warehouse infrastructure using Business Objects (OLAP) for reporting and developing Information Products for Banks to leverage. Oversaw team responsible for envisioning MasterCard OnLiNE – Quarterly Member Reporting suite of products & services (strategic product development).
• Managed a $25 million budget covering hardware, software, staffing, consulting and training.
