I am passionate about people and helping them succeed! In my career, I've worked as a journalist and as a massage therapist, which put me in unique positions to help people. I've found that strong relationships and effective communication are the keys to success--both personally and professionally.
In Spring 2009, I joined with four others to form InnerWorks, LLC. We provide individuals, corporations and nonprofits with unique information, innovative tools and a safe arena to change, be courageous and become highly successful.
Through our innovative workshops, networking strategies, presentations and expert facilitation, InnerWorks, LLC, is a valued resource that helps people overcome self-limiting beliefs, take action and achieve success.
Prior to forming InnerWorks, LLC, I spent 7.5 years as a massage therapist in private practice. I became a massage therapist because I wanted to develop deeper and more nurturing connections with people. I earned my massage-therapy license in January 2002 from The State Medical Board of Ohio.
Before I was a successful entrepreneur as a massage therapist, I worked in corporate communications in Chicago and as a magazine editor in Cincinnati. In 1993, I graduated from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois, with a bachelor's degree in journalism.
I like to serve as a resource, connecting people with professionals and the tools they need to succeed, overcome self-limiting beliefs and be their best!
