Ann has worked in wellness and health care for the past 20 years. In the seven years before joining Ralston Consulting Inc., Ann served as an internal OD and leadership consultant for senior management at OhioHealth.
Ann holds a Masters in Education, myriad OD certifications, and is a business Structural Consultant certified by Robert Fritz Inc.
Most recently, Ann has been involved in developing operational and project management systems for organizations, including software development and marketing firms.
Ann is deeply committed to her community, having served as president for the Dublin A.M. Rotary, involved in the Rotary technology committe in support of local school robotics programs, and volunteering as coach for school sports teams.
