Certified Rolfer (TM) (retired). Rolf Structural Integration is a manual processing of the fascial-layer within the human body. Rolfing(R) has echoes of Osteopathy, massage, cranial-sacral, and energetics yet is an organized taxonomy of its own, based on the research of Ida P. Rolf. Also used with equines, felines and canines.
Psychology: Specialized training and interest in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Positive Theory, Buddhist Psychotherapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Somatic, Integral, Trauma, Addictions, Spirituality/Religion. LGBT-affirmative.
