Jill of all trades and mistress of....a few. My job experiences include employment with a major medical insurance company, a urologist; several stints in management in the retail and food industry; a memorable summer job as a dancing hamburger.
In the other half of my double life, I am a writer with a handful of publishing credits of short stories/flash fiction, as well as a portfolio of non-fiction work, to include web copy, articles and essays.
I'm adaptable, flexible, and quick to learn.
I'm an ideas person, a trouble-shooter, I think outside the box.

I loved this job, and was saddened when the company decided to close the doors. In the seven years I was employed here, I did everything from basic claims paying to adjustments, responding to appeals and writing letters regarding claims and the paying thereof. I handled Physical Therapy/Chiropratic claims, surgical review, and worked for a number of months on "Senior's Row", screening referrals from the floor. As an overpayment specialist, I worked on the Medicare Reclamation project to recover monies overpaid to providers, insureds, and Medicare.
In addition, I organized two Halloween bashes for the children of the employed, and put out a monthly newsletter for the office.
