Anne-Kee Deelen’s Summary

In the past I worked as a (copy)writer, researcher, information manager, interviewer and project manager. I created customer media (off and on line) and organized events. I listened to clients and studied their behavior.

Meanwhile I learned that when things in life don't work, it often has to do with the story. And I became a skilled reshaper of stories. Changing perspectives, giving heroes new traits etc. And I found that stories are a great educational tool, a way to inform people. They make the information stick and keep the message alive. Stories are form of communication that offers a holistic viewpoint rather then a collection of facts. They speak to the heart without neglecting the mind.

And so my line of business developed into a new story as well. I made stories the center of my work. I listen to, gather, coach, write or tell your stories (in all sorts of forms ranging from straight stories to sketches, monologues or poems). I dig for essence, the heart of the matter and the unspoken. I break through stagnated stories and help you build bridges to your target audience, clients or collegues. Using my writing, coaching and interviewing skills, knowledge of communication, my imagination, creativity and improv trainings. If needed I can also facilitate the process and (co-)create your events (incl.brainstorms, unconferences, round tables etc.).
