I help individuals gain insight into their work and professional lives through exploring their dreams. Through my book "What To Do When Dreams Go Bad: A Practical Guide to Nightmares," I assist clients in achieving restorative sleep, finding strategies to combat sleep disturbances, and transform troubling dream imagery.
I offer seminars on using dreams for personal and professional development, teach practical and esoteric dream management skills, and coach individuals both locally and internationally.
