Some of my recent achievements:
-I produce the highly-regarded weeklong AMPLIFY Innovation & Thought Leadership Festival every 2 years which draws 3000 employees and leaders. It is a major catalyst for culture transformation, innovation and entrepreneurial growth to the corporation and a significant brand builder.
-Champion the adoption of social media in the company to drive business value (Twitter, Yammer, wikis, blogs, team collaboration spaces, podcasts, and other community initiatives including Social Media cafes,Blogger meet-ups, barcamps, innovation campaigns, and so on).
-Nurturing collaboration culture among staff for better productivity and employee engagement through online communities, subject matter experts, social network analysis
-Received “brief” to grow a culture of Innovation in 2003. Tested various approaches, built on successes, abandoned what failed.
- Established line Innovation Champions and developed and manage both "open innovation" idea campaigns and continuous improvement online idea management systems, years ahead of Web 2.0 software.
- The Innovation & Collaboration ROI is evident in business process improvement, commercialised ideas, 67%improvement in employee emgagement and large-scale culture change.
