Recently moved on to the business development domain with the learnings from cross industry experts from various domains and the understanding of the financial investment strategies accumulated while working with Evalueserve. Working in the business development team of Paxcel Technologies (P) Ltd. Paxcel is a software development organization based out of United States and operations offices in India. Paxcel is a growing organisation led by the motto of "Passion for Excellence".
Earlier, worked with Evalueserve Circle of Experts. My job responsibilities here included co-ordinating with clients from different domains(Hedge Funds, PE Firms, Investment Firms, Law Firms, International Industry Consultants etc) in researching different business verticals, locating experts in these fields, as per the their needs or as a pro-active step through my professional network or through primary/secondary research. Interacted with these industry experts about the projects that financial, legal or the corporate clients wanted their advice on; about the paid consultation setup provided by Circle of Experts, screening them for there domain expertise and helping them with the circleofexperts.com onboarding process. It was here that I build up a strong network of experts from various industrial domains and also at the same time within the financial community. My core areas of control and expertise while working with Circle of Experts were Telecommunications and IT/ITES.
Previously, worked with a Dell International Services, India in various capacities. Handled inbound technical calls, worked as a Resolution Expert (job responsibilities included team support for all technical concerns related to desktops, laptops, printers etc., handling customer escalations, driving CE), new hire mentor, Site POC for launch of the support tools (Handling all tools related issues like training, server downtime, new hire training, floor training for product updates, etc.).
