Prior to this, I worked with the Circle of Experts LOB in Evalueserve.com Pvt. Ltd. CoE was a recent acquisition for Evalueserve and therefore gave me the exposure to work with globally spread out teams, client interactions, client development, team expansion etc and was a great learning platform under an excellent leadership. From approximately 20 member operations team based in India to 50+ members operations team spread across the EVS delivery centers in Gurgaon (India), Shangai (China) and Valparaiso (Chile), I was involved with almost all the related operations activities. Since Circle of Experts business model was based on expert panel services for law firms, investment clients and corporate; it gave me the opportunity to interact with industry experts from varied domains and across geographies.

My first job was with Dell International Services, India at their Chandigarh center in various capacities within the Technical Support operations. Handled inbound technical calls, worked as a Resolution Expert (job responsibilities included team support for all technical concerns related to desktops, laptops, printers etc., handling customer escalations, driving Customer Experience), new hire mentor, Site Point of Contact for launch of the support tools (Handling all tools related issues like training, server downtime, new hire training, floor training for product updates, etc.).

    Paxcel has been providing software solution development services to its clients globally from the development centers here in India. Also, Paxcel has some excellent products on its portfolio. Paxcel's Recruitment Management System and Collaborative Project Management Tool are two products that have extensively and successfully been implemented within the organization and are now on the Paxcel Product Portfolio. Also, there are a few products that are currently in development or undergoing testing and will be launched soon.
