I am a business psychologist with a wealth of experience in behavioural change within a wide range of organisations in different sectors. Having begun my career as a management accountant, I moved into sales and marketing becoming sales and site director with one of Europe’s largest plastics manufacturers. I returned to academic life to retrain as an occupational psychologist and master coach. I now spread my time between consultancy and academia. Working with both individuals and teams at senior and middle management levels, my specialist areas are leadership development, executive coaching, emotional intelligence and psychometric assessment. I have built a reputation for individual and organisational performance improvement, and the design and delivery of innovative training programmes which incorporate sports such as falconry and golf.
