I have an international background having moved from Munich to Paris and from Paris to San Francisco !

I totally enjoy the new tech environment that San Francisco is providing and I m looking for my next professional challenge !

Since a couple of years I have a growing interest for Social Media. I think the real-time web is changing the relationship between brands and customers, and I want to be part of this revolution !

In my last position I had the chance to manage a project at different levels :

- Project Management : Gathering requirements, and creating specs for a chemistry e-commerce site targeted at corporate customers.
- Testing and QA on each release.
- Educating former customers to buy online
- Customer Care, Support of corporate clients that are new to online transactions.
- Gathering feedback from customers, and suggesting solutions to improve the tool.
- Analytics / Usage Metrics report.

I was also maintaining French and German versions of the site.

I am Trilingual: German (mother tongue), French (lived 8 years in Paris) and English.
