Design and facilitate unique, value-rich customer experience and aligned brand organisation
Peterborough, United Kingdom
I work with clients on the interaction between the brand/brand-aligned organisation and unique customer experience, i.e. converting the DNA of the brand/organisation into meaningful and emotionally expressive experiences and communications for customers, which in turn build the brand.
After a series of senior sales, marketing and chief executive roles in three European and world leading businesses, I transferred to consultancy and agency experience. Since then, I have worked with dozens of major brands across a wide range of assignments. I have a solid all-round background in CRM, integrated channel-neutral communications planning, channel optimisation, customer research, and organisation management.
I work practically with clients and colleagues using people-friendly proven processes and tools that clarify the brand/organisation's unique edge and translate this into integrated, brand-true, value-rich and emotionally expressive experiences and communications for customers. Each assignment blends research, facilitation, design and implementation support as appropriate.
Brand; customer experience expressing the unique DNA at the brand/organisation; category of one performance; all round, integrated, hands-on capabilities.
