At Cre8tive Group, I was responsible for the internal resourcing of work throughout the agency. This coordinating function represents the nerve center of the firm. The core of this role involved timekeeping management in the context of monitoring budgets, schedules, productivity, earned value and efficiency.
In addition to internal resource allocation, I was responsible for all vendor relations as well. My background has served me well by providing me with vast industry experience, allowing me to create seamless relationships with vendors and freelancers.
