Executive Chef Angel Ramirez is well-trained in the art of cuisine. Just a touch of Angel's expertise will bring out the flavor, aroma, and art lurking in any recipe. With over 15 years of experience, Angel has trained and cooked with the best. In addition to training at the world renown Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and at the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in New York, Angel also trained and served in the Armed Forces, working as personal chef for the Supreme Allied Commander – Europe, the Commanding General of Stabilization Forces in Bosnia & Herzegovina, and most recently, the Commanding General of U.S. Army Central.
While training with some of the best international chefs in Europe, Chef Angel assisted in the preparation of a myriad of events for hundreds of distinguished clients, including United States Congressmen, foreign diplomats, high-ranking commanders from numerous armed forces, as well as events for small businesses, Corporations and private parties.
